Payment and Service Policies
Full payment 10 days before service. DRIVERS GRATUITY IS NOT INCLUDED. Credit card processing fee 4%. Round trip transfers departure must be at contracted times, delays over 15 minutes will be charged one extra hour.No food allowed. For security reasons restroom will be locked during trips less 3 hours, report in advance special needs. The carrier will not be liable for bad road, injuries caused by other passengers, DVD or wi-fi malfunction, damage-lost items left or others conditions beyond our control. Signing contract you agree with federal regulations. A full charge on cancellations 9 days before.Different Conditions Apply for Special Events
Rates and charges are based on the information provided. All rates and charges are subject to changes based on actual services rendered. If during the trip the chartering party desires to change routing or services. Additional charges will be assessed and collected, based on availability at time of change.For round trips and one-way transfers, departures must be at contracted time. Delays over 15 minutes will be charged an extra hour. When available, otherwise the bus will leave and another transportation can be requested with an additional full charge.
Personal baggage, instruments, equipment and other properties will be limited to the capacity of the vehicle. Carrier assumes no responsibilities or liabilities for damages, stolen or lost items transported or left in its vehicle.
Carrier will not be liable for delays caused by accidents, breakdowns, bad road conditions, inclement weather, and other conditions beyond its control. If, in the opinion of the carrier, conditions make it inadvisable to operate charter service at any point in the rout, the carrier reserves the right to discontinue service and will not be held liable for damage for any reason whatsoever. Additional costs, such as meals, lodging and transportation will in this respect becomes the responsibility of the chartering party.
Damage to seats, windows or other equipment or part of the coach, which is caused by any member of the chartering party shall be the responsibility of the chartering party and the chartering party will pay the cost to repair and loss of service due to such damage.
Refund will not be issued for any malfunction of carrier amenities such as microphones, VCR/DVD/CD player or restrooms.
Carrier reserves the right to refuse to transport any person or persons under influence of alcohol and/or drugs, or whose conduct is such as to make him/her objectionable to other passenger or the safe operation of the vehicle.
Any payments over 30 days of final invoice will be charged 5% service fee. Any collection fees or charges due to late payment will be added to final invoice.
The usage of our services implies acceptance of all our terms and conditions.
In case of disputes, this agreement will prevail upon any other signed contract.
